District C is home to some of the best restaurants and establishments across the city. By creating an environment that allows these businesses to thrive within the district brings new development and much needed tax revenue to the district while making it one of the best places to live and do business. Healthy commerce promotes and protects home owner’s property value while simultaneously improving resident’s utility.

However, as we grow as a district, we must make sure that we are also preserving our neighborhoods and that urban development has a positive rather than negative affect on the quality of life. We must work with all stakeholders to ensure that everyone’s best interests are being considered as we prepare for the future
